Martec is a leading fish processing and aquaculture company in Central America. Based in Quepos, Costa Rica, Martec has over 30 years of operations as a wild fish exporter and since 2008 became a pioneer in the development of the off-shore cage culture of the Spotted Rose Snapper (Lutjanus Guttatus). Presently we have over 350 employees based in Puntarenas and Guanacaste.
